Insurance​

We are considered an out-of-network provider. Our services qualify for HSA and FSA accounts and may be reimbursable by insurance if you have out-of-network benefits. We provide you with monthly coded invoices called Superbills to submit for reimbursement.

When using an out-of-network provider, your first step is to determine your out-of-network health insurance benefits. Please be sure to call your insurance company to determine reimbursement benefits and ask them if they cover Licensed Mental Health Counselors with the below CPT codes.

 

Questions to ask include:

• Do I have mental health/behavioral health benefits?   

• What is the reimbursement rate for out-of-network providers?

• Do I need pre-approval or a referral?

• How many sessions per calendar year will my plan cover?

• What is my out-of-network deductible?

The most common billing codes we use are:

• 90791 Diagnostic Intake session

• 90837 Psychotherapy session

• 90846 Family Psychotherapy without patient present

• 90847 Family Psychotherapy with patient present

Fees & Payment​

Our fees range from $125 - $200 depending on the clinician and type of appointment. All fees will be discussed prior to your first appointment and will be included in your clinician's consent forms. We accept cash, check, credit card and Health Savings Plans for payment at the time of service.
